A four-storey apartment block is being constructed in Brunnenstrasse, a street in central Berlin named after a healing spring. The new building is built in the inner courtyard and connects to the listed building toward Brunnenstrasse. The open floor plans in the newly constructed building are aligned east-west, optimal for living, with floor-level windows over the entire façade. The vertically sliding sunshade slats can be moved along the whole façade so that individual constellations in terms of light, space and views can continually be created. These are bright, quiet flats set in a private, site set in greenery in central Berlin. The ground floor apartments have direct access to the private garden, the penthouse has two roof gardens, while each floor apartment boasts south-facing loggias the length of the living room.
